Lucas doesn't have an "edit" button yet so he thinks any topic is fair game. In fact the other day he started a conversation with our BRAND new neighbors by saying that he had gas. He has recently taught Nick to say diarrhea.
How do you teach a three year old when, where and with whom to talk about certain subjects? His interest in all things toilet and all body parts involving a toilet are totally age appropriate . . . . but edit. Where is the mute button?

don't worry about it too much. He is only 3. When else in his life will he be able to introduce himself as "Lucas who has gas"?
