Text Message

The realtor's preferred method of communication is via text message. 

He sent me a text that was ominous.  It looks like we will loose double my original estimate on our house.  Double the loss I originally calculated. 

DOUBLE.

This is unbelievable.  Was accepting this job the biggest mistake of our lives?? 

This has made me physically ill. 

There are homes in my area that are up for sale for $62 a square foot.  And there are a gazillion of them on the market too.

What the hell are we going to do?

What the hell did we do?? 

We meet with the realtor tomorrow to confirm what I already know. 

I am just devastated.
